Velvet ribbon and piping

Velvet is an exclusive, extremely soft backing material which does not irritate the skin. It is mainly used as collar ribbon, in underwear or for decorative purposes. Patterns and structures are incorporated into the weave in various ways, for example by the use of lasers or embossing techniques. It is also possible to print on ribbons and piping made of velvet. Polyester yarn is used for the backing material which in its basic form, i.e. without printing or embossing, can be washed at 60°C. We recommend washing at 40°C for ribbon with printing or embossing. There are hardly any limitations as far as design, colour and motifs are concerned. All the same we will be glad to assist you in developing your design or brand.
