Our mobile app uses a cookie for local data storage on your device. A session ID (SID) and the shopping basket are stored in this cookie. This information is used exclusively to ensure the smooth operation of the app and the functionality of the shopping basket.

If an order is placed, the following data is also stored on our server when operating our mobile app:
Display name: The display name you specify in the app.
Email address: Your email address that you provided during registration.
Company Name: The company name you entered (if applicable).
Street: The street you entered.
Zip: The postcode you entered.
City: The city you specified.
Country: The country you have specified.
Session Start: Date and time of the start of the app session.
Last activity date: Date and time of the last activity in the app.
This data is used exclusively to provide and optimise the app functions and to fulfil your enquiries and orders. Tax-relevant data will be deleted after the statutory retention period has expired, all other data after 6 years at the latest.
c) Legal basis for processing
Your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as the data processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
